We place great value on carrying out our tests under the 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. We recently carried out a test with frozen raspberries. We therefore cooled our special cold room down to 5 degrees Celsius – the same temperature as in our customer’s production rooms.

Target weights of 𝟯𝟬𝟬𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟱𝟬𝟬𝗴 were the goal of our customer, who is one of the 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲.
Our MPL was able to achieve an output of 45 and 35 cycles per minute respectively. Considering that our linear weigher only has 8 heads, we can be satisfied with this performance. 👍

Frozen raspberries are very fragile. This is also the reason why we chose our product-friendly linear weigher for these tests and not a radial multihead weigher. With its low drop heights, it is particularly suitable for weighing fruit and other sensitive products. 🍓🍏
