Storage hopper and weighing hopper, typical of every MULTIPOND multihead weigher. Now, what do we find in the two rows beneath? 🤔

>> The 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝟱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 variant is a 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺. After the weighing process, the weighing hoppers each fill two intermediate hoppers arranged below them via special swivel hoppers. This results in a significantly greater variety of combinations, which is the basis for maximum accuracy and maximum speeds. But that’s not all. ☝️

>> The concept of the 𝗦𝟱𝗥 is based on a standard storage weighing system, whereby the 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿. Off-specification weights are discharged via the second swivel hopper. This means that there is no loss of performance of the weigher. The ejected product can be collected in containers by type and fed back into the weighing process manually or automatically, depending on the customer’s solution. This guarantees the highest possible product yield. 💪

These systems are ideal for counting or for weighing small weights, as is often the case with mixing applications in the ready meals or confectionery sector. 🍬
