Our latest machine generation J was specially developed for use in areas with very high hygiene requirements.
As standard, all these multihead weighers have IP69 protection – and this is without the use of an external compressed air supply.

The robustness of the MULTIPOND multihead weigher is absolutely 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁. This was the decisive purchase criterion of our Greek customer.

The feta producer faces special challenges in carrying out regular cleaning due to the aggressive brine of the product. According to the customer, MULTIPOND was therefore the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 for this application. 🧀 ⚖️

During production, the entire line is subjected to complete wet cleaning every four hours. The all-around hygienic design of the weigher is the 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The entire production line is literally “submerged” during cleaning.
Hoppers and feed trays are quickly removed without the need for tools and cleaned on specially designed washing walls. Downtime due to cleaning work is thus reduced to an 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺. 💪
