With an in-house engineering team, Vetipak is constantly striving to find solutions for its customers' diverse and complex requirements, and to implement these solutions in the shortest possible time. With an average project time of just three months, the technology has to be extremely flexible.

REQUIREMENTS

All MULTIPOND weighing systems installed at Vetipak are multi-flexible, meaning they can swiftly meet the most diverse customer requirements in a straightforward way. The ultimate aim is to weigh products with different characteristics from the food sector – from instant soups to confectionery to animal feed – with speed and accuracy.

Solutions

To expand capacities, an additional type MP 24-1000-400-H-S5 MULTIPOND multihead weigher for mixtures of up to four different components has recently been acquired for the plant in Oss (south Netherlands). This is the ninth weighing machine from MULTIPOND.
