The ROTATOR module enables the controlled feeding of difficult products such as chicken fillets, shredded meat or cooked pasta – and reliably prevents jams and product accumulation on the feed trays. Targeted movement keeps the product flow stable, weighing accurate and the process running smoothly. The IP69-certified hygienic design reduces cleaning times and ensures high line availability.

The DDSEQ was developed especially for small, sensitive products such as gummy bears, snacks or coated tablets. In combination with twin-tube form fill seal machines, the system achieves more than 2 × 200 cycles per minute – with precise product handoff into the form tube and no residues in the sealing zone. Two independently controlled dosing units guarantee precise filling weights – even at the highest cycle rates.
