Breakage minimized with linear weigher – MULTIPOND offers a new automated solution that is gentle on the product, space-saving and easy to clean. It is ideally suited for weighing products that require gentle conveying due to their characteristics and cannot, therefore, be weighed using conventional multihead weighers.
Fines deposition – Fines occur during the manufacture and processing of products such as sugar-coated jelly products or salted biscuits and nuts. Because only the absolute minimum of fines are allowed to enter the packaging, they have to be separated from the product and deposited. We have developed various special solutions to achieve this.

Accuracy – In order to deliver correct weighing results, a calibration test must be carried out regularly. Only our MULTIPOND scales do this independently – even during production – using built-in calibration systems. This is how we ensure that we always weigh correctly. Automatic calibration does not affect performance. This plays an important role, especially with very small weights and expensive products.
