Multiple distribution plate drives – In mixing applications, segmentation, by number of components, is one of the basic requirements for optimal weighing results. Control is via individual preweighers or probes.
Flexible product separation in the feeding area – Our product separations on the multihead weigher guarantee weighing by type. Each sector can be independently and variably adjusted to the component to be weighed.
Customized software solution for special tasks – Based on the requirements, we create the individual control software. Operating modes such as weighing, counting, dosing and mixing are preconfigured.
Tight containers– design and construction of the containers and mimics ensure tight closure, accurate weights and smooth production.
Wide range of surfaces – Depending on the product to be weighed, various surfaces, profiles and coatings are used. We have decades of experience in handling products of various consistencies.

Accuracy – MULTIPOND is the only manufacturer in the world that automatically checks its weighing signals or cells in the process by means of built-in, calibrated calibration weights. This ensures accurate weighing results, reduces give-away and increases the efficiency of the overall system.
Special machine construction – We also show competence after the scale in the form of customized transfer systems. Equipment for horizontal or vertical packaging machines with up to 18 filling levels has already been successfully realized.
Operating mode– The functions “Combining, Mixing, Counting and Dosing” are stored as basic functions in the scale software. However, the dosing mode is ideal for free-flowing, non-sticky, granular products such as cereals.
Special dust enclosures – To avoid dust deposits in the transfer area as well as on the packaging machine, we have developed special enclosures and exhaust systems. This minimizes the cleaning effort, reduces operating costs and increases the availability of the plant.
