Change of leadership at the ATOMA-MULTIPOND Group
Wilhelm L. Krämer hands over to CEO Georg Diakourakis
The ATOMA-MULTIPOND Group, a leading supplier of multi-head weighers and packaging solutions, announces the appointment of Georg Diakourakis as sole managing director as of January 1, 2025. Mr. Diakourakis has over 30 years of experience in the international sales of capital goods requiring explanation, in which he has held various management positions, from product management to sales and division management to CEO/managing director.
Georg Diakourakis will become sole managing director of the ATOMA-MULTIPOND Group on January 1, 2025.

The ATOMA-MULTIPOND Group, a leading supplier of multi-head weighers and packaging solutions, announces the appointment of Georg Diakourakis as sole managing director as of January 1, 2025. Mr. Diakourakis has over 30 years of experience in the international sales of capital goods requiring explanation, in which he has held various management positions, from product management to sales and division management to CEO/managing director.
Mr. Diakourakis has been working for the group again since October 2023 and manages the business as CEO, together with managing partner Wilhelm L. Krämer. This collaboration has already led to further positive development of the group and will now be further advanced and strengthened with the change in leadership.

As part of this change, Mr. Krämer will retire from the management and thus from day-to-day business on January 1, 2025, after more than 40 years of service, including 29 years as CEO, in the service of the long-established company. However, he will remain with the group as chairman of the steering committee for the important new construction project in Ampfing, as well as chairman of the advisory board and responsible for the treasury and governance departments.
With this decision, the ATOMA-MULTIPOND Group continues its growth strategy and strengthens its position as a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions in the global market.
