New timing hopper unit for high-speed lines
In modern packaging lines, the product transfer process plays a key role in determining the overall performance of the line.
With MULTISPIN, we are enhancing the transfer process by adding an additional collection and stabilization point. There, each portion is sorted, compacted, and precisely aligned with the axis of the format tube. The result is more stable processes, higher cycle rates, and fewer production interruptions.

MULTISPIN achieves up to 300 cycles per minute
For confectionery products, MULTISPIN has already been validated at 300 cycles per minute with a product weight of 100 grams.
- A modular system: Flexible adaptation to different product types, target weights, and line configurations
- Different variations: MULTISPIN is available in 2-unit, 3-unit, and 4-unit variations
- Twin model with a format spacing of 320 mm or more: For various applications – hopper volumes of 0.5 liters and 1.0 liters
Hygienic design and quick cleaning
MULTISPIN was developed for demanding production environments. Additively manufactured titanium components enable robust, low-friction geometries that can be customized to suit a variety of products. An optional dust enclosure provides an addition to process cleanliness.
Thanks to a reduced number of parts and a clear design, key components can be removed quickly. MULTIPOND’s Hygienic Design and IP69 protection class support efficient cleaning processes and hygienic operation.
