Optimized for wear resistance and process reliability
MULTIPOND developed a robust system solution specifically designed to meet the requirements of bolts, nails, and dowels. Since these products can cause increased wear due to their hardness, both the choice of materials and the design were specifically tailored to ensure a long service life and high process reliability.
Key features of the solution include:
- Wear-resistant materials in the product-carrying ranges
- Additional wear inserts in the hoppers to protect components
- Pulsed electromagnets for horizontal alignment of ferrite products
- Safe and reliable transfer even of longer bolts and nails
This allows the various fasteners to be precisely weighed, aligned, and reliably packaged into plastic hoppers.
