Work location:

  • USA (Green Bay / Wisconsin, within a radius of about 1000 miles)


Your duties and responsibilities at MULTIPOND America:

  • Customer liaison and support on startup and maintenance of their MULTIPOND weighing equipment.
    Primary duty is to include timely and effective solutions to customer´s problems in the field, i.e. perform field diagnostics and repairs, independently solve problems, provide training on machine operations, trouble shooting and provide general and technical support to the customers.
  • Setup and staffing of trade shows.


Requirements

  • As an experienced technical service representative you are able to travel on short notice and have good follow up skills.
