With up to 420 weighings/min depending on product an portion weight MULTIPOND combination weighers of the 01-S5 series can be used for a diverse range of industries.
The preweigh, weigh and memory hoppers work with a twin flap opening system. This guarantees a complete and quick discharge of even sticky products.
The special plastic hoppers, an identification mark of MULTIPOND weighing technology allow a particularly hygienic and quiet function of the weigher.

Due to the use of special injection moulded material the strict requirements of the food industry are observed and at the same time the noise level during production is reduced considerably. Moreover by using stepping motors to operate the twin flap pans high-speed operations are standard.

The strain gauge load cells are automatically calibrated during operation at predetermined intervals by using internal precise calibration weights, thereby guaranteeing the highest accuracy and availability. Drifting due to variation of temperature or humidity are thus eliminated.
Distribution cone, vibrator trays, transfer chutes and outlet funnels are made of stainless steel. Surfaces and geometries of all product leading parts are adapted to meet specific product / application requirements.
