new + unique
The DW 24 series weigher offers a new generation in weighing technology for powders and granular products. Modular design and a variety of options make it a versatile system, that covers a wide range of applications.
The DW 24 series features two to six weigh heads
arranged in a circular pattern with a central, common,
product feed. The multiple outlet infeed-hopper transfers
product to the dosing hoppers which are mounted directly
over the weigh-buckets. Each dosing hopper fills one of
the weigh-buckets to the correct target weight through a
pivoting gate with varying opening profile.
The weigh-buckets have “bomb-door” opening-flaps for
clean discharge of the product. All product contact parts
are made of stainless steel.
