The MP 1401-F-BC is an absolute world´s first. It has been specially designed for delicate and fragile products and those of which the coating comes off easily. Conventional Multihead weighers are not able to handle these products with the required care.
By eliminating prefeed buckets and avoiding the use of chutes and outlet funnel the number of product dumps and the impact has been reduced to a minimum.

gentle + intelligent
The procuct is preweighed on the central distibutor cone. Stopflaps at the end of the feed trays gently hold back the product during the weighing cycle.
From the weigh buckets the product transfers or even slides onto a central transfer unit: 2 pairs of belt conveyors, mounted underneath each other and at an angle of 90° transfer the product gently to the packaging machine.
The advantages of this solution are obvious:
- short slide transfers
- minimum drop heights
- minimum machine height.

Stop and bucket flaps are controlled by stepping motors. Due to the use of special injection moulded material the strict requirements of the food industry are observed and at the time the noise level during production is reduced considerably. Moreover by using stepping motors to operate the twin flap pans high-speed operations are standard.

The strain gauge load cells are automatically calibrated during operation at predetermined intervals by using internal precise calibration weights.

The vibratory drives of the central distribution cone and feed trays are integrated within the machine body.
Direct and individual access to each vibrator without disassembling the top cover. Maintenance and cleaning of the machine can be done simply in minimum time.
